Step 1: Design Process
After consulting with you, we will work to design a piece that fits your needs. Anything you see on our website can be altered and personalized. Names, numbers, size, design, and more can be customized and created just for you. After we create your design, we will email you an image proof to approve before we move onto the cutting process. Keep in mind that once a piece is cut, there is no changing it. That’s why we will send you an image proof for your final approval.
Step 2: Cutting
Once you’ve approved your design, we will take it to be converted to the proper format for our cutting software to make sure it will be cut exactly as you want. After that, the CNC machine along with a plasma cutter starts the final process of cutting out your design. Our top-of-the-line equipment will work together to provide the smoothest cuts with a high amount of detail, turning plain metal sheets into something truly unique.
Step 3: Finishing
The final step in creating your unique metal artwork is one of the most important. Its final appearance will be determined by the finish you choose. Depending on your preference, your piece will be cleaned and the finish will be applied. We offer a wide variety of unique finishes from powder coating to paint to choose from.
